You're invited to enjoy a fun and festive Summer Mexican Dinner, featuring fresh flavors and easy recipes, perfect for the season. The menu will start with Citrus Shrimp Tostadas topped with homemade Salsa Aguacate (Green Avocado Salsa). Chef Amy will pair this with one of her favorite summer foods ever, Elotes, which are possibly the most delicious way you can eat corn-on-the-cob. Finally, the meal will finish with adorable Strawberry Horchata Panna Cotta.
