Join Chef Amy for a delicious meal inspired by the bold, bright Flavors of Southern India. The meal will feature a fabulous and surprising Black Pepper Chicken Curry, highlighting top-quality peppercorns native to the region. You'll also enjoy a flavorful Kaikari-Style Vegetable Biryani paired with a side dish of Cabbage Thoran. You'll learn to make a simple Tomato-Onion Raita to pair with all recipes and temper the heat inherent to foods of this region. You'll also learn the basics of putting together your own Homemade Garam Masala.
