Pastry Chef Alisha invites you to a celebration of the warm and welcoming flavors of fall. Learn how to create delicious treats to share with your friends and family this holiday season. We will begin with a guided demonstration on perfecting pie dough, which we will use to make a fresh spin on a classic, Maple Pumpkin Pie. Next, we will transition to a decadent Chocolate Pecan Pie, sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. To finish our class, we will switch gears and make a luscious yet simple Cranberry Curd Tart featuring a gluten-free crust! Along the way, you'll learn fun techniques to decorate your pies and tarts and make them the showpiece of any gathering.
