Pierogis are a delicious Polish filled dumpling that is commonly served for the family Christmas Eve dinner. In this class you'll learn how to make tender homemade Pierogi Dough with different delicious fillings and toppings. You'll also enjoy a traditional Polish White Borscht and a refreshing Horseradish and Pickle Vegetable Salad alongside the feast of dumplings. 

You'll have the opportunity to try your hand and filling and sealing a few pierogis during the course of the class, if you wish. Please bring a container or zipper bag if you'd like to take home a few (uncooked) pierogi after class.

Dietary info: The recipes for this class may include the following common allergen ingredients: dairy, egg, and wheat. At least one of the recipes will contain pork.
