Do you love kimchee, the delicious Korean fermented sour and spicy cabbage? If you often buy a jar and love it, but not sure what to do with it except eat it as a side dish, you'll love this class! First, we'll discuss how to make a perfect batch of kimchee easily at home. Then, Chef Amy will share some of her favorite recipes for using storebought or homemade kimchee to make three fun and easy dishes where it stars as a surprising main ingredient! We'll make Kimchee Fried RiceKimchee Chicken Soup; and Kimchee Pasta Carbonara. Each one is a taste sensation!
