If you love the bold, bright flavors and spice of Northern Thai cuisine, this will be a great class for you! You'll learn to make Moo Nam Tok, a grilled or broiled pork dish packed with bold seasonings and tossed with lots delicious fresh herbs. To pair with this, you'll enjoy a flavorful Cucumber and Tomato Salad, plus a quick and easy method for perfect Sticky Rice. Finally, we'll end on a sweet note with Frozen Coconut Mousse with Pandan Syrup and Fresh Fruit.
Dietary/allergen info: The class ingredients include pork, seafood (in fish sauce), peanuts, and dairy (in the dessert only). The class is not gluten-free, but the only gluten used will be in the Thai soy sauce that is used as a marinade for the pork.
