If you enjoy classic Enchiladas Suizas as much as Chef Amy, this is the class for you. You'll learn to make this rich, creamy dish hailing from Mexico City. In addition, you'll learn to make Mexican frijoles (beans) two ways: we'll start with the traditional Frijoles de Olla, which are flavorful, brothy beans. Then, we'll use those and transform them into classic Frijoles Refritos, or refried beans. You won't believe the homemade difference! The enchiladas will also be served with a simple, crunchy Oregano-Lime Cabbage Slaw.
