Chef Amy travelled to New Orleans back in May for Jazzfest, and was inspired by all the delicious cuisine that famous city has to offer. Love seafood? This class is for you! Your meal begins with famously delicious Baked Oysters Bienville, topped with a rich stuffing of shrimp, mushrooms and sherry. Next, you'll enjoy a classic Cajun Gumbo with Shrimp, Crab, Andouille & Chicken. The meal finishes with Amy's Chocolate-Banana Dessert Beignets. Laissez le bon temps rouler!
