Chef Amy's favorite cuisine to cook and eat is Vietnamese, and she is back with another round of some of her favorite recipes. In this class, you'll learn to make a flavorful and refreshing Cucumber & Shrimp Salad (Gỏi Dưa Chuột) - the most popular and commonly served salad in Vietnam. You'll then enjoy Ginger Chicken in Caramel Sauce (Gà Kho Gừng), a homey and comforting savory stew served with a quick Stir-Fried Green Beans & Oyster Mushrooms with rice. The meal will finish with Vietnamese Coffee Frozen Mousse.
