Ditch the canned frosting for good and come discover how delicious and easy Homemade Buttercream can be! In this class we will explore and taste variations of buttercream from the classic American Buttercream to Chef Alisha's go-to Italian Buttercream. Then the fun really starts when each student gets to decorate their very own tray cake to take home. We will learn how to properly fill and hold a piping bag to avoid mess; review and practice piping techniques using a variety of basic tips; and discuss flavoring and coloring of buttercreams.
All students will receive a piping bag, coupler, and four basic tips as part of their class fee.
The instructor has requested that this class be age 14+. Once she has taught the class a couple times, she plans to add parent/child classes to upcoming schedules.
Dietary/allergen info: Class ingredients include gluten and dairy.
