You're invited to enjoy a fun and festive Nepalese Dinner, featuring unique and easy recipes that will introduce you to new flavors and ingredients. The menu will start with Cheese and Veggie Momos, savory steamed dumplings, topped with homemade Spicy Tomato-Ginger Chutney. Chef Amy will continue the meal with tender Lamb Choila paired with Vegetable Rice Pilao (Pilaf). Finally, the meal will finish with Coconut-Peanut Butter Burfi, a kind of quick and easy fudge.

Dietary/allergen info: Class ingredients include meat, dairy and peanuts. This class will be on the spicier side, but not overwhelming. This class is gluten-free but is not cooked in a gluten-free kitchen.
